Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will be lost.

If you cancel before 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit may be transferred once to a new booking. If the new booking is cancelled — whether before or after 24 hours — the deposit will be lost and cannot be transferred again.

Any new appointment will require a new deposit.
